Nel cuore della Maremma, è arrivato sulle colline toscaneprobabilmente nel corso della dominazione spagnola.Particolarmente apprezzato per il suo composito bouquet e per il suo gusto caldo, austero, morbido e vellutato.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 75 cl Grapes: Alicante 100% Provenance: Tenuta “Poggio al Tufo” 66 hectares of vineyards in Pitigliano (Grosseto), in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. Bottinello Vineyard. Vinification: Traditional in red with long maceration. Aging: 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. Color: Intense ruby red Aroma: The nose is fruity, fragrant, just spicy, the notes are those of the undergrowth, the Mediterranean scrub, red fruit in jam. Taste: In the mouth it is warm, structured, full and satisfying. Of great harmony, it closes with a slight return on the fruit. Alcohol content: 13% Vol. Serving temperature: 16-18°C Pairings: Soft and structured, Alicante goes well with tasty and decisive dishes. Roast red meat in the oven, particularly spicy.
