BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO DOCG 2017 - 2 bottles of 0.75 lt
Of great structure, elegant, harmonious and balanced, it stands out for its velvety tannins and long persistence, the nose is elegant, balanced, with intense aromas of great finesse that harmonize with the fruity and spicy notes typical of Sangiovese.
Color: Ruby red tending to garnet.
Grapes: Sangiovese Grosso 100%
Origin: Podere Casisano, vineyards with single spurred cordon with south-east exposure; land of various origins, rich in skeleton and marl.
Vinification and aging: Traditional maceration on the skins for about 25 days.
Ageing: 3 years in Slavonian oak barrels with a maximum capacity of 60 square meters
Aging in bottle: 6 months
Alcohol content: 14% Vol.
Serving temperature: 18° C
Recommended pairings: Ideal to accompany game dishes, grilled red meats and mature cheeses.

Taste: Dry and with a pleasant balance between tannins and acidity. Pleasant and soft in the finish.
