Vino Rosè caratterizzato da una piacevole freschezza e intensa mineralità, ottenuto con uve Montepulciano 100%, si presenta di colore rosa brillante, con un intenso bouquet floreale con sentori di rosa e viola ad un primo impatto, per poi diventare più marcato con note di piccoli frutti rossi, Ribes e Lampone.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 liters Production Area: Owned vineyards located in Castel di Lama Grapes: Montepulciano 100% Vintage: 2023 Altitude: 200-300 meters above sea level Soil: Medium texture tending towards clayey Training system: Guyot Planting density: 5,000 vines per hectare Yield per hectare: About 80 quintals Harvest: The grapes specially selected for rosé vinification are harvested in the first ten days of September. Vinification: Once in the cellar the grapes are destemmed and conveyed to the press, the entire environment is inertized with carbonic snow so that the primary aromas are not lost, here a short cryomaceration is carried out for about 6 hours which allows us the maximum extraction of perfumes. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of around 14/15° C. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is kept on the fine lees for a few months to increase its structure. Color: Bright Pink Perfume: Intense, the first impact is floral with hints of rose and violet, after a while the aromas become more marked with notes of small red fruits, blackcurrants, raspberries. Taste: The wine has a good structure typical of the grape variety of origin (Montepulciano), stands out with pleasant freshness and intense minerality.
