Offre un equilibrio perfetto tra la freschezza del vitigno e gli aromi di frutta secca tipici del terroir.All’attacco rotondo e morbido segue finale salino e deciso, caratteristica dei bianchi del Jura. Il suo stile ricorda alcuni Saint-Véran e Chablis.
