Soft straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
Bouquet clean, fruity, floral and intense, fresh, slightly
aromatic with hints of sage.
Light in body, dry taste without roughness, supported by the acidity that stimulates its freshness and aroma.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Grape variety: 100% Müller Thurgau Production and Winemaking Area: It comes from mountain vines, especially from the Val di Cembra, raised with the simple Trentino pergola, in fluvio-glacial, sandy and gravelly soils. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with the use of selected yeasts, followed by aging in steel. It is a wine with an intense, dry and fresh fruity aroma with a very personal character with a good acidity that stimulates persistence. Grape variety: Müller Thurgau, it has a rather small bunch, often with a wing, cylindrical, medium-compact, of a greenish-golden yellow color, with a juicy pulp, slightly aromatic flavor distantly reminiscent of muscat, sweet and not very acidic. The leaf is medium in size and jagged. Optimal consumption: The optimal period for consumption is the first year of life. Pairings: Very pleasant as an aperitif. The very personal character and good acidity want combinations with fine fish, raw foods and delicate risotto. Serving temperature: 10-12° uncork at the moment.
