Lo Spumante Metodo Martinotti Brut Rosé "Osé" è uno vino fricchettone e anticonformista, morbido al naso, asciutto in bocca, nato da rifermentazione in autoclave per 45-60 giorni. Uno Spumante che colpisce per quella trama olfattiva di piccoli frutti rossi, tanto da sembrare quasi una centrifuga di lamponi e fragoline di bosco, sugoso in bocca, quasi si potessero sentire sotto i denti. Mastichi, mastichi ma il cervello non fa pace col palato, tanto da classificarlo come un “mangia e bevi” d’antan.
