Born from the native vines of South Tyrol, Schiava and Lagrein, Santa Maddalena is, thanks to its great drinkability, the perfect wine for pairing with traditional South Tyrolean dishes and cold cuts and meats. cheeses of Italian cuisine.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Variety: Schiava and Lagrein Production area: classical areas, morainic and loose soils of S. Maddalena, S. Giustina and Coste, between 200 and 500 m a.s.l. Harvest: from mid-September to early October. Vinification: traditional red vinification, part of the wine is aged in large oak barrels. Colour: bright ruby red. Bouquet: fruity of cherries and raspberries, floral notes of violets and roses, typical hint of bitter almond and hints of marzipan. Taste: full-bodied, velvety, round and medium-bodied. Pairing: perfect for the typical South Tyrolean snack, for appetizers, meat dishes, pasta, cold cuts and cheeses, pizza. Serving temperature: 11-13° C Alcohol: 12.5% vol.
