Brought to South Tyrol in the 19th century by Archduke John of Austria, the Riesling is part of the list of the most refined and elegant white wines. Unlike the German Rieslings, the South Tyrolean Rieslings are offered in a dry version with a low sugar residue.

Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Variety: Riesling Production area: slopes around Bolzano and in the Eisack Valley at 500 m a.s.l. Harvest: from early to mid-October. Vinification: soft pressing of the selected grapes, fermentation at controlled temperature and maturation in steel tanks for maintain the freshness of the wine. Color: greenish-yellow. Bouquet: hints of peach, pear, grapefruit, apricot and apple with a slight ethereal note. Taste: dry, mineral, elegant. Pairing: perfect in accompaniment to fish, crustaceans and molluscs as scallops. Great with poultry, white meats and cheeses. Serving temperature: 10-12° C Alcohol: 13% vol.

Altrettanto convincenti sono i vini rossi S. Maddalena, il Pinot Nero, il Lagrein, il Merlot e il Cabernet, che si contraddistinguono per il loro carattere nobile, la loro complessità e pienezza.
