Sauvignon Blanc is a semi-aromatic grape variety, characterized by aromas
fruity, vegetal and spicy scents as well as a strong freshness.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Variety: Sauvignon Blanc Production area: Selected vineyards with warm and sandy soils in the Oltradige and Ritten. Harvest: from mid to late September. Vinification: soft pressing of the selected grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature and maturation in steel tanks for maintain the freshness of the wine. Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections. Bouquet: vegetal notes of tomato leaves, nettle and sage, floral aroma of acacia blossom, fruity of yellow peach and lime, savory and slightly spiced. Taste: fruity taste with a delicate acidity, good structure and persistent aftertaste. Pairing: perfect as an aperitif, accompanied by asparagus dishes, fish dishes, light dishes or vegetarians. Ideal for the kitchen aromatic herbs. Serving temperature: 10-12° C Alcohol: 13.5% vol.
