Yellow Muscat is an aromatic grape variety that has a tradition in South Tyrol
secular. This variety, grown on warm, sunny soils, gives life
to a white wine that is proposed in the dry version.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Variety: Yellow Muscat Production area: selected and sunny vineyards on the Ritten at 500 m a.s.l. Harvest: from late September to mid-October. Vinification: soft pressing of the selected grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature and maturation in steel tanks for manta rays ner the freshness of the wine. Colour: light straw yellow with reflections greenish. Bouquet: aromatic, notes of nutmeg, citrus and apricot. Taste: fresh and elegant with a well-balanced acidity balanced and a slight mineral aftertaste. Pairing: as an aperitif, with fish dishes, herbs aromatic, with fresh and semi cheeses seasoned. Serving temperature: 10-12° C Alcohol: 13% vol.
