The Aromatic Traminer, already known in the thirteenth century, is certainly today the most famous South Tyrolean wine. It probably finds its origin in Tramin, a village from which it takes its name “Traminer”. this aromatic wine, produced with grapes carefully selected by the oenologist and coming from the steep slopes that surround Bolzano, it fascinates with its intense and persistent fruity and floral scents and thanks to a slight spicy note.

Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Variety: Gewürztraminer Production area: highly suitable areas of the city of Bolzano and surroundings, from 400 to 600 m a.s.l. Harvest: from late September to early October. Vinification: short maceration, soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature in steel. Color: intense straw yellow with reflections gilded. Bouquet: aromatic, roses, lychee, grapefruit, lime, light notes of orange peel, nails of carnation and cinnamon. Taste: full, complex and soft with a pleasant freshness. Food Match: shellfish, spicy dishes of Asian cuisine, fresh and semi-mature cheeses. Serving temperature: 11-13° C Alcohol: 15% vol.

Altrettanto convincenti sono i vini rossi S. Maddalena, il Pinot Nero, il Lagrein, il Merlot e il Cabernet, che si contraddistinguono per il loro carattere nobile, la loro complessità e pienezza. L’elevato numero di vitigni e tenute consentono a questa cantina di offrire un vasto assortimento di eccellenti vini di qualità.
