From the name of the ancient Greek colony in Anatolia, home of the oracle. Obtained from pure Mantonico grapes, it is a complex, opulent white with great longevity.
Packaging: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt Production area: Azienda Rosaneti in the countryside of Rocca di Neto/Casabona Region of production: Calabria Grapes: Mantonico Soil type: clayey, calcareous System of cultivation and planting density: spurred cordon, 5000 plants per hectare. Yield per hectare: 60 quintals - 38 hectoliters Harvest time: first ten days of October Vinification: fermentation in barrique. Aging: in barriques, with aging on the lees for about 8 months and staying in the bottle for a year before marketing. Optimal period of wine consumption: three to five years.
