Obtained from pure Gaglioppo grapes, it represents our idea of red for daily consumption: typical, original and immediate at the same time.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Production area: Cirò, Cirò Marina, Crucoli, Melissa. Region of production: Calabria Grapes: Gaglioppo Soil type: clayey, calcareous. Training system and planting density: sapling and spurred cordon, 5000 plants per hectare. Yield per hectare: 90 quintals - 65 hectoliters Harvest time: end of September, beginning of October. Vinification: in thermo-conditioned steel, with soft pressing of the grapes and short maceration. Aging: in steel, with a stay in the bottle for a few months before release. Optimal period of wine consumption: three years
