Obtained from pure white Greco grapes, it is a fresh, fruity and pleasant white that evokes summer, fish grills and holiday joy.

Region of production: Calabria Grapes: Greco Bianco Soil type: clayey, calcareous System of cultivation and planting density: spurred cordon, 5000 plants per hectare Yield per hectare: 90 quintals - 65 hectoliters Harvest time: second half of September Vinification: in thermo-conditioned steel, with soft pressing of the grapes. Aging: in steel, with a short stay in the bottle for a few months before release. Optimal period of wine consumption: from one to three years
