The Lagrein, present for more than 70 years in our valleys, has now become naturalized in Trentino, coming from nearby South Tyrol. Specifically, Lagrein La Vis is produced on the hills of the municipality of Lavis, on the warmest slopes that are best exposed to the sun, characterized by clayey and sandy sediments, deep and medium fertile. Ruby red wine with strong purple hues, this Lagrein presents sensations of raspberries, blueberries and violets. On the palate, the taste is warm and dry, with soft and sweet tannins.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Grape variety: Lagrein Production area: hills of Pressano and Sorni in the municipality of Lavis Exposure and altitude: West; 250-400 m a.s.l. Soil: free, originating from silttic composition landslide materials. Training system: traditional: simple pergola Planting density: 5,000 vines/ha Vinification: manual harvesting in the first ten days of October, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, static decantation of wine, aging on lysis in cement tanks and in a small part in oak barrels, for about 5/6 months, before bottling.
