The name Fortunae derives from Fanum Fortunae, the ancient toponym of the city of Fano, which is located in the center of the Bianchello del Metauro wine production area, one of the indigenous white vines for excellence of the Marche region. Vinified in purity, Fortunae represents the interpretation of a grape variety that finds its highest expression in excellent drinkability. It stands out to the taste with fresh and light aromas of white fruit, and a pleasant almond finish.

Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Grape variety: Bianchello 100% Production area: Marche The Vineyard: The vineyards are cultivated on soils of a basically clayey nature. The average yield is about 100 quintals per hectare. Harvest: Carried out by hand and normally takes place in the period from mid to late September. A constant monitoring of the maturation curves is carried out, in order to determine the exact harvest date, aiming to preserve, in particular, a good acid heritage that is the basis of freshness of this wine. Vinification: The flower must, after being decanted in a static way, ferments in steel tanks, at a temperature that is kept between 14 and 16° C, for about 8-10 days. The wine obtained does not carry out malolactic fermentation in order to preserve the primary aromas. A short period of aging in steel, about 3 months, precedes bottling. Serving glass: Tulip glass, with the upper edges just flared, elegant and light in shape, which allows the aromas to be concentrated towards the nose, favoring the perception of aromas delicate and fruity of young wines. Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif with lean appetizers, compote and seafood salads, simple dishes of seafood and white meat cuisine. Serving temperature: 8-10°C
