FRIULANO DOC 2020 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Today called Friulano, it is the wine of the Friulian tradition par excellence, with a strong personality and typicality. With a good structure, with a harmonious fruity and mineral complexity, it reveals a characteristic bitter almond aftertaste.
Grape variety: Friulano
Denomination: Friuli Colli Orientali
Vinification: The grapes are gently de-stemmed and left to macerate for a short period. Subsequently, it is softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified by decantation. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers.
Aging: At the end of fermentation, the wine is kept on the lees in stainless steel containers for six months. Bottled wine is normally stored in thermo-conditioned rooms for about two months.
Colour: canary yellow with beautiful green reflections.
Bouquet: varietal, complex and at the same time delicate; it revolves around notes of mango, melon, coconut milk, cherry blossom, mint, with delicate hints of Sichuan pepper and medicinal herbs such as silene and nettle.
Taste: with a soft attack that develops in a pleasant acid note with a finish of Nori seaweed in the mineral closure.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Pairings: Traditional as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with raw ham, salami and sausages in general; it also pleasantly accompanies fish dishes, fresh and fatty cheeses.

The vine, of French origin, is introduced in Friuli during the domination of the Habsburgs and was disclosed in the early 1900s.
Fresh and captivating wine, with unmistakable and multiple aromas in which notes of exotic fruit, yellow pepper, tomato leaves, mint, lantana and boxwood are highlighted. It is a wine of the Friulian tradition.
Grape variety: Sauvignon
Denomination: Friuli Colli Orientali
Vinification: The grapes are gently de-stemmed and left to macerate for a short period. Subsequently, it is softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified by decantation. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers.

Colour: straw yellow with green reflections.
Bouquet: very intense, complex and varietal with strong notes of blackcurrant, gooseberry, elderflower and oleander, tomato leaves and lemon balm mixed with tropical fruits.
Taste: classic and impactful attack, personal, lively acid. The mouth is surrounded by sensations of papaya, pomegranate with slight hints of asparagus and a tropical aftertaste.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, it goes very well with asparagus, vegetable soups, legume soups and marinated fish.

This famous vine derives from a bud mutation of Pinot Noir and, preferring cool climates, finds its ideal habitat in the hills.
Livio Felluga vinification gives the wine finesse and elegance, maintaining the soft copper reflections that unmistakably characterize its color.
It is certainly the best known Friulian wine in the world.
Grape variety: Pinot Grigio
Vinification: The grapes are gently de-stemmed and left to macerate for a short time. Subsequently, it is softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified by decantation. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers.
Aging: At the end of fermentation, the wine is kept on the lees in stainless steel containers for six months. Bottled wine is normally stored in thermo-conditioned rooms for about two months.
Colour: yellow with slight copper reflections.
Perfume: elegant, characterized by a? ' balanced fusion of notes of dehydrated apricot, Nashi, bread crust, mulberry blackberry, white raspberries, persimmons, propolis, Amorpha Fruticosa, acacia, white fig.
Taste: savory, harmonious, voluminous, fat; aftertaste that develops through complex and long fruity scents of yellow plum, jujubes, papaya.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Pairings: Particularly suitable for fish dishes, shellfish appetizers, risottos and vegetable pies.
Serving temperature: 12 - 14°C
