It is the traditional wine, obtained from the vinification of dried grapes. The grapes, coming from the hilly vineyard “Fiorato”, are left in wooden boxes or on traditional bamboo racks placed in very airy fruit gardens, where they remain for 5-6 months. The dialect expression “recia” indicates the small bunch or a part of it.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Color: Intense ruby red of great concentration. Bouquet: Rich and fruity, with hints of figs and cherries in alcohol. Taste: pleasantly sweet, full and balanced, with notes of cherry and plum jam. Grapes: Corvina Veronese 65% - Rondinella 30% - Molinara 5% Aging: Grapes are dried for 5 months in the fruit cellar, then 1 year in 5 hL tonneau. Alcohol content: 13% Vol. Serving temperature: 16°C Pairing: Dessert wine, dry pastries.
