Ruby red wine with a dry taste with a pleasant balance between tannins and acidity, pleasant and soft in the finish, characterized by a floral bouquet, with fruity notes of plum and small red fruits, combined with light hints of spices.

Taste: Dry and with a pleasant balance between tannins and acidity. Pleasant and soft in the finish. Grapes: 100% Sangiovese Grosso Provenance: Podere Casisano, single-spurred cordon vineyards with south-east exposure; land of various origins, rich in skeleton and marl. Vinification: Traditional maceration on the skins for about 15 days. Bottle aging: 6 months Alcohol content: 14% Vol. Serving temperature: 18° C First vintage: 2014 Pairings: A table wine, to enhance red and grilled meats, cold cuts and cheeses.
