Red with orange hues, with a sweet violet scent, which recalls the fruits of the undergrowth. Dry, savory, rightly tannic taste. It is enhanced by combining it with grilled meats, cold cuts and cheeses.
Packaging: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt Grapes: Cannonau 100%. Vinification: In classic red, maceration of the marc 8-10 days. Aging: In the cellar 8-12 months. Colour: red with orange hues. Nose: broad, persistent, vinous bouquet typical of Cannonau, references to undergrowth fruits. Taste: dry, fairly intense, good balance of acids and tannins, good olfactory taste persistence. Storage: Constant temperature 16 °C, humidity 75%, controlled light, horizontal bottle. Service: Glass with wide mouth and good height, temperature 16° C, uncork at least 30 minutes before serving. Pairings: Red meat, game, mature PDO Sardinian pecorino cheese.

Dal 1956 i vini pregiati della Cantina Gallura trovano le radici del proprio nome nel gallo dello stemma pisano dei Visconti, primi signori del Giudicato.
