Vermentino di Gallura with a delicately fruity and floral scent, savory, with good gustatory persistence, where the delicacy of the fruity is rediscovered. From the typical and light bitter aftertaste characteristic of the vine. It is exalted with the seafood cuisine.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Grapes: 100% Vermentino. Vinification: In white. Aging: In the cellar 4-6 months. Color: straw yellow, golden reflections, brilliant. Smell: broad, intense, notes of grapes, exotic fruit, hints of green pepper. Taste: dry, full, warm, strong and consistent texture, characteristic, balanced, harmonious, good structure, particularly fine, elegant, pleasant and bitter at the end of the mouth. Storage: Constant temperature 14 °C, humidity 75%, controlled light, horizontal bottle. Service: Slender glass of good size, temperature 10-12° C. Pairings: Light first courses, seafood risotto, fish in sauce and roast, sweet PDO Sardinian pecorino cheese.

Dal 1956 i vini pregiati della Cantina Gallura trovano le radici del proprio nome nel gallo dello stemma pisano dei Visconti, primi signori del Giudicato.
