Without having undergone any treatment and collected in September, after having benefited from all the summer sun, these tomatoes grown entirely in Italy lose much of their acidity and are distinguished by a perfect sugar level, as well as by the naturalness of all the ingredients: inside the jar there is only the addition of a pinch of salt, which together with the processing entirely by hand and passing through a bain-marie, guarantees a perfect and natural preservation of the product and all the organoleptic characteristics.
