Packaging: 3 bottles of 75 cl Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon 100% Provenance: Tenuta “Poggio al Tufo” 66 hectares of vineyards in Pitigliano (Grosseto), in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. Vinification: Traditional in red with long maceration. Aging: 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. Color: Intense ruby red Aroma: The nose is elegant and complex, with bewitching aromas of blackberry jam, black pepper and graphite. Taste: In the mouth the taste is powerful and warm, with good softness and velvety tannins. Alcohol content: 13% Vol. Serving temperature: 16-18°C Pairing: Cabernet is the perfect wine for grilled meat thanks to its powerful roundness.
