IL BORRO IGT TOSCANA ROSSO - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
“Il Borro” has an intense purple color, with purple reflections. The scent is intense, full, concentrated, with notes of undergrowth and hints of spices. The taste is dry, full-bodied and with soft, consistent and well-blended tannins, of remarkable persistence.
Grapes: 50% Merlot - 35% Cabernet Sauvignon - 15% Syrah
Alcohol content: 14% Vol.
Pairings: Tuscan meat specialties, Tuscan croutons, aged cheeses, cold cuts, first and second courses based on game. Il Borro also goes well with some Asian dishes and the American burger.
POLISSENA IGT TOSCANA ROSSO - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
The “Polissena” has an intense ruby red color. The nose shows an intense aroma, with notes of undergrowth and hints of red berry fruit. The taste is dry, full-bodied, with a pleasant perception of tannins.
Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.
Pairings: Tuscan meat specialties, Tuscan croutons, aged cheeses, cold cuts, first and second courses based on game. Particularly recommended with hare, wild boar, Chianina and Cinta Senese.
LAMELLE IGT TOSCANA BIANCO - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Fruity and pleasant in its freshness, Lamelle is the latest addition, the most exuberant in its being the only white among our wines. Straw yellow in color, Lamelle is characterized by its characteristic aromas of the grape variety. The nose is fresh with floral scents and fresh yellow pulp fruit. The taste reflects the sensations of freshness and minerality due to a balanced acidity and good flavor.
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.
Pairings: Lamelle is excellent to accompany fish dishes, light first courses or fresh cheeses. The ideal time to drink it is during an aperitif at a temperature of 10-12° C.
