Sparkling wine from “Catarratto” grapes coming from the heights of the center of Sicily. Fresh, with typical and elegant aromas.
Packaging: 3 bottles 0,75 lt Type: Brut Spumante IGP Terre Siciliane. Method: Charmat Grape variety: Catarratto 100% Colour: Straw white with greenish reflections. Smell: Typical varietal with special notes of white peach and grapefruit. Perlage: Intense and persistent. Taste: Delicate, very fresh and sour, aftertaste with slightly bitter notes, typical of Catarratto. Vineyards: Centro Sicilia, C.da Cusatino agro di Caltanissetta at 650 mt (a.s.l.) in free-clay soils of limestone nature. Time and method of harvesting: First ten days of September, strictly by hand. Production per ha: 120 q.li. Vinification: In stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature at 14° C. Malolactic fermentation: Not carried out. Processing: In autoclave and bottling in isobaric. Conservation Bottled wine: 16° C. Alcohol content: 12,5% vol. Serving temperature: 8° C. Pairing: Appetizers, oyster shellfish and delicate foods.
