Red wine obtained from a blend of Nero d"Avola, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The characteristics of these varieties create a wine with a complex but at the same time harmonious and balanced bouquet.
Packaging: 3 bottles 0,75 lt Type: Red Wine IGP Terre Siciliane. Grape variety: Nero d'Avola - Cabernet Sauvignon - Syrah. Colour: Intense red with violet reflections. Smell: It has a very varied bouquet ranging from the herbaceous hints typical of Cabernet Sauvignon to the notes of red and spicy fruit of Nero d'Avola and Syrah. Taste: Full, balanced and with floral and fruity notes. Vineyards: Centro Sicilia, c.da Cusatino agro di Caltanissetta at 580 mt (a.s.l.) in free-clay soils of limestone nature. Time and method of harvesting: First ten days of October strictly by hand. Production per ha: 120 q.li. Vinification and maceration: In red in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 8-10 days at 25° C. Storage: In steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15° C. Conservation Bottled wine: 16° C. Alcohol content: 14,0% vol. Serving temperature: 18° C. Pairing: Red meats and aged cheeses.
