Packaging: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt Grape variety: Carmenere and Cabernet Franc Classification of wine: DOC Lison Pramaggiore Cultivation method: Guyot with 5,500 strains per hectare Fermentation: at a controlled temperature between 28 and 30 °C. Malolactic fermentation is completed in French oak. Aging: in 225-liter French oak barriques for 18 months. Serving temperature: 18 - 20 °C
