We choose the best clones with the conviction that the knowledge of this grape variety gives man the opportunity to make it the aromatic wine par excellence. With its aromas and a delicate fruity scent, Sauvignon is fantastic when combined with dishes such as asparagus in all its forms and excels with fish and shellfish dishes.

Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Grape: Sauvignon Bianco 100% Wine classification: IGT Trevenezie Cultivation method: Guyot with 6,000 vines per hectare Fermentation: with selected yeasts and fermentation temperature control from 16 to 18° C. Maturation and aging: in stainless steel tanks on its lees for 6 months. Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C
