A vintage produced with only first pressing wine, with 5 years of aging in the cellars.

Grapes: Chardonnay (50%) - Pinot Noir (50%). Grapes that Taittinger has selected exclusively from the best Grands Crus vineyards classified "100%" in the Champagne system. Color: bright, it is pale yellow with silver reflections, a sign of the high percentage of exceptional Chardonnays. Perlage: bubbles are fine and form a persistent and delicately creamy ring of foam. Bouquet: subtle and fresh on the nose, the initial mineral aromas quickly give way to green and then floral notes with hints of elderflower and cinnamon. Flavor: Prélude Grands Crus is a refined blend of finesse and complexity. Its balance between freshness and aromatic expression is exceptional. Pairings: excellent aperitif or ideal as an accompaniment to classic fish dishes.
