BRUT PRESTIGE - 1 0.75 lt bottle
Taittinger Brut Prestige is a blend of grapes from 35 different vineyards, aged in the cellar for three to four years to achieve perfect maturation and develop an excellent aromatic potential. A delicately balanced champagne, known all over the world for its excellent and consistent quality.
Grapes: Chardonnay (40%) - Pinot Noir (35%) - Pinot Meunier (25%). Coming from various vintages, they have matured to perfection. This high percentage of Chardonnay is rarely found in non-vintage Champagnes.
Colour: bright golden yellow
Perlage: fine, while the foam is discreet and persistent.
Bouquet: very open and expressive, it offers aromas of fruit and brioche. There is also the aroma of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla bean.
Taste: lively, fresh and in total harmony. This is a delicate wine with flavors of fresh fruit and honey.

Blend of grapes from thirty different vineyards, from various vintages, 4 years of maturation. A dosage of 17.5 g/l of sugar cane, combined with slow aging in the cellar, give a round and smooth Champagne that is perfect to enjoy in the evening.
Grapes: Chardonnay (40%) - Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (60%)
Color: pale yellow with brilliant reflections.
Perlage: The bubbles form a delicate ring of fine foam.
Bouquet: The subtle and delicate bouquet reveals delicious aromas of yellow peaches and dried apricots.
Flavor: In the mouth it gives way to notes of raisins and canned fruit. A mature, rich and round wine, Nocturne is also exceptionally creamy.

A vintage produced in small quantities using only first pressing wine. From 8 to 10 years of aging in the heart of the Gallo-Roman cellars of Saint-Nicaise, 5% is aged in new oak barrels.
Grapes: 100% of Chardonnay grapes coming only from Grands Crus, the most beautiful parcels of the renowned Côte des Blancs (Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Vertus and Bergères-les-Vertus).
Colour: pale yellow
Perlage: Fine
Aroma: initially notes of fresh and refined fruit and notes of mandarin. Then, more complex notes of ripe fruit, raisins and candied fruit develop.
Flavor: The 2006 Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs offer maturity and finesse. The aromatic bouquet of this Champagne suggests an excellent aging potential.
Pairings: Perfect for a truly special celebration, this champagne goes very well with an appetizer based on seafood or fish.
