Taittinger Brut Prestige is a blend of grapes from 35 different vineyards, aged in the cellar for three to four years to achieve the perfect maturation and develop an excellent aromatic potential. A delicately balanced champagne, known all over the world for its excellent and consistent quality.
Grapes: Chardonnay (40%) - Pinot Noir (35%) - Pinot Meunier (25%). Coming from various vintages, they have matured to perfection. This high percentage of Chardonnay is rarely found in non-vintage Champagnes.
Colour: bright golden yellow
Perlage: fine, while the foam is discreet and persistent.
Bouquet: very open and expressive, it offers aromas of fruit and brioche. There is also the aroma of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla bean.
Taste: lively, fresh and in total harmony. This is a delicate wine with flavors of fresh fruit and honey.
Pairings: Perfect for a truly special celebration, this Champagne also goes very well with an appetizer based on seafood, shellfish or fish. BRUT MILLÉSIMÉ 2014 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
A vintage produced with only first pressing wine, with 5 years of aging in the cellars.
Grapes: Chardonnay (50%) - Pinot Noir (50%). Collected mainly from the Grands Crus of the Montagne de Reims and on the border of the Vallée de la Marne.
Body: mature, powerful and complex.
Bouquet: ripe fruit with white fruits and yellow flesh such as Williams pear, Reine Claude plum and Mirabelle plums. This is followed by notes of white flowers and dried fruit.
Taste: fresh, rich, ripe and generous. The mid-palate is dominated by fruit in syrup, followed by slightly golden notes at the end.
Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, this wine is also the perfect accompaniment for fish in sauce or white meats. NOCTURNE CITY LIGHT - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Blend of grapes from thirty different vineyards, from various vintages, 4 years of maturation. A dosage of 17.5 g/l of sugar cane, combined with slow aging in the cellar, give a round and smooth Champagne that is perfect to enjoy in the evening.
Grapes: Chardonnay (40%) - Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (60%)
Color: pale yellow with brilliant reflections.
Perlage: The bubbles form a delicate ring of fine foam.
Bouquet: The subtle and delicate bouquet reveals delicious aromas of yellow peaches and dried apricots.
Flavor: In the mouth it gives way to notes of raisins and canned fruit. A mature, rich and round wine, Nocturne is also exceptionally creamy.
