L'originale bionda di Paestum, così abbiamo definito la nostra birra, una Golden Ale ad alta fermentazione.Presenta una schiuma densa compatta e soffice, il colore è dorato intenso, in bocca si presenta avvolgente, con note di agrumi, profumo di pino ed erbaceo. Il retrogusto floreale e mieloso è intenso e persistente. Una buona dose di biscottato. La gradazione è di circa 5 gradi di volume alcolico.Una birra ottima da bere a tutto pasto.
