The Sicilian Factory gourmet jam dedicated to lovers of taste is distinguished from others and we explain why: it is prepared according to an exclusive recipe in which bitter oranges with strong taste and Bitter are sweetened with brown sugar. Bitter orange besides possessing the vitamins and active ingredients typical of citrus fruits has other substances such as synephrine with slimming properties. By virtue of these principles it is mainly anti-inflammatory, analgesic but also digestive.
