Hints of grass.Harvest period: from late October to late November.Extraction system: cold, in a two-phase continuous system, hammer crushing system in a co-rotating grid.Use: in cooking and raw, on meat, fish and raw vegetables. EVO SOLATÌO OIL - 1 tin of 1 ltSolatìo is an extra virgin olive oil, produced from a selection of Romagna olives, harvested and pressed in the day. The result is an extremely fragrant oil with all the typical characteristics of Romagna oils, the hint of bitter almond, the artichoke, the scent of freshly cut grass.Cultivar: Frantoio - Correggiolo - Leccino - Moraiolo.Color: emerald green.Bouquet: medium-light fruity that recalls bitter almond, with hints of artichoke.Taste: medium-light fruity with a bitter and spicy aftertaste balanced between them, notes of artichoke and green grass.Harvest period: last ten days of October.Extraction system: cold, in a two-phase continuous system, hammer crushing system in a co-rotating grid.Use: ideal raw, on soups, fish and meat appetizers. VERDE SMERALDO EVO OIL - 1 tin of 1 ltVerde Smeraldo is an extra virgin olive oil produced by a careful selection of mono varietal olives from Peranzana.
