Millefiori honey indicates a type of honey deriving from more flowers. Among our blooms prevail chestnut, lime, ivy, bramble and alfalfa. It has anti-inflammatory and detoxifying properties, respectively for the throat and liver. Great for children and those in growth. Pregnant women are benefited by the nutritional intake, as well as those who are convalescing and the elderly, as it reinforces and increases physical energy. Externally it is excellent for nourishing skin and hair, it favors the cicatrizzazione of burns and wounds and is therefore an excellent ingredient for natural masks and compresses. It tends to crystallize spontaneously and is the most varied in pollen content among our honeys. The color changes from the place where the bees are drunk and varies from amber red to golden yellow, strongly intense in liquid form, slightly lighter tending to yellow if crystallized. Of sweet taste each, with slightly bitter aftertaste the other, and the smell has a variegated aroma, slightly persistent.

Trova anche un gradito utilizzo un cucchiaio nel passato di mele cotte amalgamando con qualche goccia di limone. Ideale per accompagnare formaggi dolci come una Toma Piemontese, un Murazzano o un Asiago fresco. O per formaggi abbastanza pronunciati come un Taleggio, un Bra o un Raschera. Conservazione: Conservare in un luogo fresco e asciutto, al riparo dalla luce.
