Dandelion honey has mainly diuretic and draining qualities, which make it a perfect food for restorative or detoxifying treatments (detox). In cosmetics it is useful for toning and firming tissues and improving skin color. Crystallizes finely in a short time, coming to form a soft and creamy mass. The color is amber with yellow reflections in liquid honey, cream or yellow when it crystallizes. Both the smell and the taste is intense, very persistent in the mouth. There is a certain discrepancy between the smell and the taste, which appears finer.

Vi sorprenderà con un’esplosione di sapore la sua degustazione a cucchiaio. Spalmato su una fetta di pane o su una fetta biscottata, si trasforma in un’energica colazione. Ottimo da utilizzare come dolcificante per tisane a base di Camomilla, grazie al suo sapore erbaceo o per compensare il gusto amaro di infusi arborei.Conservazione: Conservare in un luogo fresco e asciutto, al riparo dalla luce.
