Wine characterized by an intense ruby red color. Fruity notes of cherry, strawberry and licorice on the nose. With a full and rich flavor, with a good body and with a pleasant and lively tannin on the palate.
Grapes: Primitivo 100%
Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.
Vinification: 12 days of controlled fermentation in stainless steel; then 10 months of aging in oak barrels.
Serving temperature: 16-18° C.
Pairings: Roasts and grilled meat. aged cheeses, spicy soups.
SURANI DIONYSOS PRIMITIVO DI MANDURIA RISERVA 2017 - 3 bottles of 0.75 lt
Wine with a characteristic intense ruby red color with notes of plum, blackberry and raspberry. The nose has spicy notes of coffee, pepper and chocolate. The palate is fine, pleasant and elegant, with a good persistent intensity and velvety tannins.
Grapes: Primitivo di Manduria 100%
Alcohol content: 15% Vol.
Vinification: 12 days of controlled fermentation in stainless steel; then 15 months of aging in oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle.
Serving temperature: 16-18° C
Pairings: It is perfect with savory dishes and red meats, pork, aged cheeses and pasta dishes with meat sauces and of course with the typical” Orecchiette”.
