Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Municipality of production: Cirò, Cirò Marina, Crucoli, Melissa Region of production: Calabria Grapes: Gaglioppo Soil type: clayey, calcareous. Training system and planting density: sapling and spurred cordon, 5000 plants per hectare. Yield per hectare: 90 quintals - 65 hectolitres Harvest period: second half of September - early October. Vinification: in thermo-conditioned steel, bloodletting and short maceration. Aging: in steel, with a stay in the bottle for a few months before release. Optimal period of wine consumption: up to three years, but it is advisable to consume it young to particularly appreciate its aromatic fragrance.
