Our Sauvignon Blanc is grown on the heights at the entrance of the Cembra Valley, in some particularly suitable areas where daily temperature ranges allow us to preserve the component aromatic of the grapes. The result is a straw-yellow wine with green reflections, with very intense and sweet notes on the nose, of elderberry, peach and ripe fruit. In the mouth it is complex, rich and full with a savory and mineral taste, but with an excellent return of ripe fruit.
