The Müller Thurgau, who arrived in Trentino in the middle of the last century, found the ideal “habitat” on the porphyritic soils of the Cembra Valley and the Meano hill. The use of cutting-edge technologies, which exclude contact with oxygen at all stages of the winemaking process, allows the aromatic component to be preserved, raising the value of this variety. The Müller Thurgau La Vis has a bright straw yellow color. The nose is characterized by fruity aromas of green apple and lychee and floral essences of lily of the valley and jasmine. On the palate it is rich and harmonious, particularly savory and well-structured.
