Pinot Noir finds the ideal substrate on the Avisian Hills. The northern winds that descend along the Adige valley, in addition to drying the grapes in an ideal way, produce strong temperature variations that allow the primary aromas of the grapes to be fixed. With a ripe garnet color, Pinot Noir Portraits is particularly inviting on the nose with floral, fruity and earthy aromas. In the mouth it is alive and enveloping, with references to sour cherries in alcohol. Its gustatory balance makes it a singular and recognizable wine.
