Teroldego, an autochthonous Trentino grape variety, whose cultivation has very ancient origins is a variety, with an incredible polyphenolic richness, which has found in the subMediterranean climate of the Adige auction a place of election. On the slopes of the Avisian Hills, gentle slopes that surround the Rotaliana Plain, the grapes that provide the most typical and characteristic Teroldego ripen. Teroldego La Vis, with an intense ruby red color, has a characteristic scent of violet, which evolves into notes of plum and small undergrowth fruits. On the palate it is expressed with a soft and round body with a particularly deep finish.

Training system: guyot and simple Trentino pergola Planting density: 5,000 vines/ha Vinification: manual reception in the first ten days of October, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation in vitrified reinforced concrete tanks, aging on lysis for about 5/6 months in vitrified reinforced concrete tanks and for a separate portion in wood of second pass French oak.
