Vola Vola Viognier is a very exclusive grape variety. It has also been cultivated in Italy for a short time with excellent results especially in Sicily. the wine is decidedly dry, elegant, really classy.

The best productions are undoubtedly obtained from vineyards from land located around 400 meters above sea level and beyond. The fresh version, vinified in steel, is the one by far prevalent among Sicilian producers, a choice shared also by our winery.
