UNÀNIME ROSSO IGP 2019 - 1 bottle 0,75 lt
Red wine obtained from a blend of Nero d"Avola, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The characteristics of these varieties create a wine with a complex but at the same time harmonious and balanced bouquet.
Type: Red Wine IGP Terre Siciliane.
Grape variety: Nero d'Avola - Cabernet Sauvignon - Syrah.
Colour: Intense red with violet reflections.
Smell: It has a very varied bouquet ranging from the herbaceous hints typical of Cabernet Sauvignon to the notes of red and spicy fruit of Nero d'Avola and Syrah.
Taste: Full, balanced and with floral and fruity notes.
Vineyards: Centro Sicilia, c.da Cusatino agro di Caltanissetta at 580 mt (a.s.l.) in free-clay soils of limestone nature.
Time and method of harvesting: First ten days of October strictly by hand.
Production per ha: 120 q.li.
Vinification and maceration: In red in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 8-10 days at 25° C.
Storage: In steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15° C.

Red wine obtained from “Nero d"Avola” grapes coming from the heights of the center of Sicily we obtain a wine with an intense red color and violet reflections, with the aromas of red fruit in particular of cherry , the taste is full and velvety with notes of fruit and spices.

Colour: Intense red with violet reflections.
Smell: Typical red fruit with spicy notes.

“Eimi” from the Greek “Io sono” comes from the selection of Nero d"Avola grapes and a careful vinification in red. The wines, aged in barrique, have an intense violet color, aromas of aromatic herbs and spices in particular of black pepper and chocolate, the taste is full, velvety and very persistent.
