Red wine obtained from “Nero d"Avola” grapes dried on the plant, it is very complex both to the aromas and the taste, with a marked acidity perfectly balanced by the sweetness, intensity and variety of deglia aromas and flavors and their persistence, make it unique.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0,50 lt Type: Red Wine D.O.C. Sicily from Late Harvest. Grape variety: Nero d'Avola 100% Colour: Intense purple red with violet reflections. Smell: Multiple smells from fresh fruit to fruit jam, from balsamic notes to those of licorice and chocolate. Taste: Rich, full-bodied, sweet and slightly tannic, very persistent. Vineyards: Centro Sicilia, c.da Cusatino agro di Caltanissetta at 580 mt (a.s.l.) in free-clay soils of limestone nature. Time and method of harvesting: Third decade of October strictly by hand, after a period of drying in plant. Production per ha: 40 q.li. Vinification and maceration: In red in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 30 days at 24° C. Malolactic fermentation: Turned in stainless steel tanks. Storage: In steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15° C. Aging in wood: 12 months in barrique of fourth passage. Refinement in bottle: 6 months Conservation Bottled wine: 16° C. Alcohol content: 12,5% vol. Serving temperature: 16° C. Pairing: Aged cheeses and dark chocolate.
