Rosè wine obtained from the “flower” of “Nero d"Avola”, characterized by intense aromas of fruit and flowers, in particular strawberry, cherry and rose, while tasting is characterized by its freshness and the complexity of fresh fruit flavors.
Packaging: 3 bottles 0,75 lt Type: Rosé wine D.O.C. Sicily. Grape variety: Nero d"Avola 100% Colour: Light Pink Smell: Typical of flowers and fruits in particular rose, strawberry and cherry. Taste: Very fresh and sour rich in freshly picked fruit flavors. Vineyards: Centro Sicilia, c.da Cusatino agro di Caltanissetta at 580 mt (a.s.l.) in free-clay soils of limestone nature. Time and method of harvesting: Second ten days of September strictly by hand. Production per ha: 100 q.li. Vinification and maceration: In white in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, in contact with the skins for 6 hours cold and subsequent fermentation at 14° C. Malolactic fermentation: Not carried out. Storage: In steel tanks at controlled temperature 15° C. Conservation Bottled wine: 16° C. Alcohol content: 13,0% vol. Serving temperature: 10° C. Pairing: Appetizers, fish with a strong flavor, white meats and generally on delicate foods.
