Vino profondo ed elegante, decisa espressione del suo varietale. Al naso si propone con un varietale assai spiccato, note di pepe selvatico e cannella, un'idea di liquirizia ed erbe balsamiche che danno di per sé un'identificazione abbastanza decisa al liquido.In bocca è pieno, avvolgente, lunghissimo e con una nota minerale e acidula pronunciata, figlia del suo terroir di provenienza.

Abbiamo dovuto aspettare un quarto di secolo per poter finalmente confermare in modo entusiastico l'empirico suggerimento dell'uomo d'oltralpe e potervi finalmente proporre la nostra interpretazione di queste uve decisamente particolari.

The Monacesca is a winery located in the Upper Lesino Valley.
