Kellerei Bozen 3 bottles - Lagrein Baron Eyrl DOC 2020

The wines of the “Collection” line are born in the vineyards chosen by the oenol in highly suitable areas of Bolzano and its surroundings and are distinguished by character, complexity and typicality. The vineyard is located in Gries, the heart of the Lagrein production area, and gives rise to a dense, well-structured and elegant wine.

Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Variety: Lagrein Production area: 250 m a.s.l., alluvial soil, sandy and warm. Harvest: from late September to mid-October. Wine making: traditional alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, aging in oak barrels and then in the bottle. Colour: intense ruby red. Bouquet: fruity with hints of black cherry and plum, floral, spicy and mineral with typical cocoa notes. Taste: velvety accompanied by the typical acidity of Lagrein. Pairing: grilled or roasted meat, game and aged cheeses. Serving temperature: 16-18° C Alcohol: 13% vol.
