The “Selection” line represents the perfect union between grape variety, territory
and microclimate. The winemaker carefully chooses the best grapes and varieties that
better adapt to the land, giving life to typical wines, of great character and
complexity. Chardonnay Kleinstein is a well-structured wine that offers
a rich and persistent fruit combined with a balanced freshness.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Variety: Chardonnay Production area: steep slopes around Bolzano, at 500 m a.s.l. Harvest: from mid to late September. Vinification: soft pressing maturation in steel on fine lees. Part of the wine is fermented alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barriques. Color: intense straw yellow with reflections gilded. Bouquet: exotic notes of pineapple, mango and melon, light scent of passion fruit, vanilla and banana. Taste: elegant and fresh with a well-balanced acidity balanced and a pronounced minerality. Pairing: aperitifs, fish dishes, appetizers and vegetarian dishes. Serving temperature: 10-12° C Alcohol: 13.5% vol.
