Kellerei Bozen 3 bottles - Kerner Puntscheit DOC 2020

The Kerne grape is a cross of Trollinger and Riesling, created in Weinsberg, Germany, around 1930. It prefers light, gravelly and sandy soils of the highest slopes and exposed to the sun in the middle of the Isarco Valley. The late ripening of the grapes gives a full-bodied and aromatic wine much appreciated.

Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Variety: Kerner Production area: Valle Isarco and Renon between 600 and 800 m above sea level, sunny and steep vineyards. Harvest: beginning of October. Vinification: careful selection of the grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature and maturation in steel tanks to maintain the freshness of the wine. Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections. Bouquet: intense, aromatic, hints of peach and apricot, spiciness reminiscent of walnut muscat. Taste: dry, full, savory and fresh. Pairing: with light appetizers, cold cuts, dishes based on eggs or mushrooms, freshwater fish and fruits of sea, excellent as an aperitif. Serving temperature: 8-10° C Alcohol: 14% vol.

L’elevato numero di vitigni e tenute consentono a questa cantina di offrire un vasto assortimento di eccellenti vini di qualità.
